Pep Boys Auto Service & Tires

I contacted Centerline Pepboys last minute on a Saturday holiday weekend due to a nail in the side wall of my front passenger tire. I spoke with your manager Shaun Wells and he quickly gave me a same day service solution and an accurate affordable price. In the past, I have used other tire shops and they promise same day service, but always seem to fall short on their timing and price. I told Shaun I would be there at noon, but was over an hour late and yet he STILL made sure I had 4 brand new tires on my car that day. My car rides a lot smoother and I feel much more safe. Shaun’s willingness to help me, his professionalism and exceptional customer service was such a pleasant experience. Thank you Shaun, you saved my day!!

Jose and team took care of my tires, 2 new one repair, in a jam with no appt, squeezed me in got me out. Great attitude and service, I'll be coming back with all my family vehicles from now on. Pep Boys gets it done. Call first and they will help!!

This place will take care of you and your vehicle. Highly recommend. I have had several services done thru them and have been happy with all of it. Water pump replacement, radiator fan repair, coolant system repair, replaced tie rods, new tires/alignment and even an entire engine replacement. They keep all my vehicle running well!

The manager provided excellent service after I had been told by Sams that they could not remove my stripped lugs for new tires. He assured me that he could take care of it and provide me with comparable tires. What started as a frustrating day ended well with this store. Very grateful!

I have been coming to this Pep Boys for years for tires, and they have always been amazing to work with. The team is consistently kind, honest, and helpful, and they always seem to find the best deals possible. The entire process is smooth, easy, and stress-free every time I visit. I truly do not have a single bad thing to say about my experiences here. It’s hard to find customer service this good these days. Highly recommend this location to anyone needing tires or vehicle service!
